Arthur, Dolly & Abbie - Boxer Trio portraitThe Commissionee won an auction for a Pet portrait by myself at a local Boxer funday organised by NAYBR and asked if she could have the 3 of her Boxer dogs on the same portrait. A few mock ups were put together and this was the option she chose. How wonderful that she has one of each of the Boxer colours too - A fawn, a brindle & a white. The photos that were E-mailed through for each of the dogs were large images and outdoor images too (except the white which was taken indoors) but the clarity and detail in every photo was great and allowed me to view the smallest of details which definitely impacted greatly on the final portrait.

CREATING THE PORTRAIT:
As the photographs were large files with lots of details, it was easy for me to work with them and although I needed to balance out Arthur's dark face and remove the 'flash' brightness from Abbie's white coat, there was little else I needed to adapt.
