ACRYLICS
Acrylics are highly adaptable and ideal for every subject matter. They can give the appearance of an oil painting, if using thick brush strokes, or a three-dimensional finish if applying fine brush strokes, every painting is created to achieve a finish that is one of a kind. I use the GOLDEN acrylic brands, which offer excellent pigment saturation, opacity and permanence. They are archival and lightfast, which ensures longevity in every painting.

OIL PASTELS
My oil pastel paintings have a timeless aesthetic similar to traditional oil paintings. The highly pigmented pastels I use to create a textured finish add depth and character to each composition. My goal is to highlight each subject's unique features through careful layering and definition, bringing the portrait to life in an authentic and captivating way. I use Sennelier and Caran d'Ache brands for their excellent pigment saturation, opacity, and permanence.

COLOURED PENCILS
I have over 35 years of experience working with coloured pencils and have honed my technique to perfection. I use a layering process that involves applying every tiny detail multiple times to achieve the incredible realism you see in my portraits. Each piece is meticulously hand-drawn using top-quality archival materials.
