What is May'Vo Art?

Artworks produced in any range of mediums with Diamante's added to the piece of work is collectively known as May'Vo Art. The pieces can also include extra additions such as glitter or Modelling paste used to build up specific areas and then painted over with Acrylics or Oils, this turns a 2D painting into a 3D painting and can be included in any Commission piece.

Although Diamantes in Art is not an Original idea, the name May'Vo Art is and has been named in memory of my mum who loved anything sparkly and raised me the same way. She would have bought every piece I've ever produced if she had been here today. 
The 2 things I have always lived for - combined.....

The photograph of Dinky that I used for this piece had a green collar with Diamante's on. Originally, the Artwork would be minus the collar, as the thought of painting in the details of the sparkles was quite daunting, however, as a lot of the ideas that I have, attaching Diamantes to the Artwork sprung to mind and thus May'Vo Art was born!


3mm Diamantes attached to the collar with craft glue and sealed with Satin Varnish.

Gems are additional and are priced at £1 per 20 for 2 or 3mm & £1 per 10 for 4 or 5mm.
